Cooking, eating, drinking! No time for blogging and hopefully you’re reading this after a wonderful day spent with friends and family. This is my favorite holiday of the year – and not just because of the gluttony. This is the only American holiday that has NOT been hijacked by the overzealous commercialism, religion, and patriotism. Think about it…. July 4th? fun, but too much flag waving, same with Memorial Day. Christmas? Too commercial these days. Easter? Too religious. Nope Thanksgiving Day’s got ’em all beat – just a time spent with loved ones, enjoying each other’s company, playing/watching football, and dining.
My brother, for some unknown reason, doesn’t have Bravo on his cable plan… So Top Chef Texas – Episode 4 recap will have to wait a little bit.
Hopefully, I can find some of these around here so that I can make stuffing out of them:
Have a great Thanksgiving and safe travels!
